God… I love Lucas right now. Although he’s kind of flipping out.

He messaged me and went on a rampage. Telling me how unhappy he is about the award ceremony because he doesn’t think the Valedictorians deserved their positions and that I could’ve been Salutatorian. And that would’ve made him happier because I worked every ounce for it.He doesn’t think I should be third. That I should be recognized.

I mean I’m okay with being third. I know that I worked hard to achieve my grades and I’m proud of myself.

I just don’t know how to feel to have a guy stand up for me like this and tell me that I deserve better. And that he’s actually upset about it. I just.. I don’t know how to process this. I just feel so blissful and honored yet confused…
